"We were here by mistake to do theory test as that was the eircode given. After sitting in the waiting room as directed by sign post. A lady passed and didn't even acknowledge us. The next man that came in with an RSA high vis Jacket I asked him were we in the correct place for the theory test. He laughed at me and said definitely not you're in the wrong place.... I'm glad he got a laugh from it."
"RSA website needs a serious update. No eir code no telephone number( number not in use) two test centres in tralee. Waiting outside test centre only to be told we are in the wrong place.when we asked for directions to the other test centre we were told to Google ccs dry cleaners!"
