"Institute Krav Maga is an exceptional training service based in Cork. Caters towards all people at any stage of their fitness journey. Classes are enjoyable but tough which is exactly what you want. The techniques taught are very practical and useful if one ever found themselves in a negative situation in the real world. The coach is top class and probably the best in his industry which I think the people of Cork are lucky to have. All members and trainers are very approachable and willing to help new members or people that want to give self defence a go. Would highly recommend to anyone considering joining.
