"So dissapointed with customer service and mattress quality. I purchased the white triple bunk bed last year. Along with the Natural Sleep Company Comfy Pocket 4ft6 Mattress and a single mattress. The 4ft6 mattress is extremely uncomfortable. I contacted them to complain but heard nothing back. It's so uncomfortable I've had to put a duvet over the mattress. Regarding the delivery. I was promised early afternoon. They arrived at 6pm and we had to put the bunk bed together. As I had my daughters room ready for the bunk bed it meant my daughter was up really late that night. If I they had been honest about the arrival I could have planned accordingly."

"Bought a bed a couple of months back, still waiting on the trundle mattress to arrive. I have emailed and called a couple of times and no updates. I also requested to buy another bed for our other little girl and desk lockers and no one came back to me either! The bed we bought is fine but the follow up and customer service is dreadful. I genuinely don't like leaving negative reviews for a business but at this stage it has been over 3 months since we initially ordered."
