"Absolutely worst costumer service ever Aileen the owner and she is quite clearly extremely money grabbing my sisters boyfriend bought my sister a pair of jeans €150 for her Christmas he was told to size down in them as they didn’t have a size 14 so he bought her a 12 as anyone who has ever just had a baby knows after 5 months your not gonna fit in a size down and your going to absolutely break down in tears over it also cause it’s hard dealing with your self confidence she had seen a pair somewhere else and I understand you have rules about credit note but as I described exactly the situation you would think they could help they didn’t they actually laughed at me and accused me of abusing them if they look back on their cameras I was nothing but mannerly and respectful to them as I said to Eileen I will be contacting wlrfm also it’s a lot of money for us as we have families very upsetting tbh absolutely atrocious As to comment bellow as I can’t reply for whatever reason … I don’t mind your policy but you full took advantage of my sisters boyfriend in the first place to get his money so this has nothing to do with your policy this is full false advertisement as you lied to him and said everyone sizes down to get the sale when anyone my ages and gender knows fine well you don’t size down ever!! So… yes I’m still going ahead with this it’s not policy you know your staff said something she should have I have worked in retail pretty much most my life and iv been trained too so I know how hard it is working at this time of year and stressful for the staff not only the costumers but I have never ever experienced such unprofessionalism and horrible someone can be to her own customers."

I presented them with a tricky situation, with me only being an hour away from a wedding and not having a suit and being what I can only describe as an awkward build. They couldn’t of done a better job for me. I was sized up and presented with a gorgeous 3 piece suit in no time. I was look after by Peter, who is an absolute gentleman and credit to TRM.
