"No decency in treating potential and previous customers. So I spoke in person before Xmas, Marcin told me to order required parts over the holiday, which I did and when parts arrived - I tried several times to phone office, tried to phone and text Marcin (who had given me a business card and estimate). I phoned maybe 12-15 times over several days - No one ever answered. I then emailed the office and was eventually given a brief but unlikely excuse that Marcin would not be available for a month (I had explained I had recieved the parts I was told to get). Despite me being told to order the parts, which I did - no attempt was made to accomodate me and my minor issue (probably half a day) by anyone else employed. This again, despite the fact that I was a customer that had work done on a previous vehicle (and never complained at the state of the interior covered with harmful welding dust that took several vaccuming attempts to deal with). Disgusted with the way I have been treated."
