"The shop itself is nice and well stocked but the member of staff I encountered was awful. She didn't say hello , asked for my boarding card, took my phone scanned it and left my phone next to the till. Asking me if I have connected fly ( trying to explain what I can't buy....) Very bad behavior and looks like she had a bad humor .... Disappointed about staff."
"Ordered my first click and collect from them on the 01 of August it was a Jo Malone perfume and opened it to see it clearly had already been sprayed and fingerprints all over it. I’ll stick to Brown Thomas in future!"
"The duty free section is the same as any other but the staff were so friendly and approachable, moreso than any other airport I've been to. Especially in the alcohol section, the attendant was so knowledgeable and helped me find something I loved! (Tip: Dingle gin ftw) They also had a nice selection of cute and affordable souvenirs. I'm honestly looking forward to the next time I get to come here."
"The shop itself is nice and well stocked but the member of staff I encountered tonight was awful. I was stood at the till waiting to be served as there was no one behind the counter, I heard someone shout at me and it was a member of staff. He didn't apologise for leaving me waiting, he asked for my boarding card, took my phone scanned it and left my phone next to the till, he did the same with my change and didn't say thanks and was not polite in anyway shape or form. Really surprised as usually the staff are great."
"Every time I travel from Cork airport, I stop at the Loop to buy some souvenirs and gifts. You can't miss the store as you have to walk through it once you clear the security. The choice is vast: perfume, alcohol, clothing, sweets, local souvenirs, salmon, meat... etc. I couldn't see tobacco. I don't think they sell that. As with all tax free shops, you have to be careful as the price you pay depends on your destination. Each product has a label with 2 prices: with or without tax. If you are flying to any EU country, you pay the tax. Flying outside the EU, you are entitled to the tax free price. The staff is very approachable and always willing to assist. It's 5 stars from me."
