"Yesterday I went to JD the staff members were throwing tissues on each others , all the young staff were talking to each other and laughing, no care if customer need any help. They were looks like they are not working inside. When i asked for shoe size , I am pretty sure that have the shoes in stock but because they were talking to each so the young told me Sorry don't have this, so they can carry on to there own conversation and I can leave."
"0 would be more appropriate, was in there the other day standing in the queue, not one employee behind the tills, could see at least 4 employees standing up chatting and trying to look busy all while we are waiting in the queue. On another occasion it was early in the morning and not even busy, employee said he would go in the back and get my shoes for me and disappeared. As somebody else said here, the store is run by kids."
"Best place where to get shoe and sports wear, only on peak season pointless to visit this store spend nearly 2 hours asking for second shoe to be brought and no one was bringing it, every assistant kept saying they are looking for it but no one in end brang any shoe. Stay away in busy peak times of sale"
