"Lady behind the till was rude, didn't listen to a simple request and wasted my time."
"I popped in yesterday for ice cream I was called to the till firstly I asked for 3 ice creams and was charged €8 I didn’t think about it at the time but I now struggle to divide that €2:66 seems a strange price and also extremely expensive, on getting the ice cream i was only asked at that stage if I wanted a cup or a cone surely these would be different prices so how did I get charged if he didn’t know what I actually wanted , I scoop ( not big in any way ) €2.66 I smell a rat . Shame on ye"
"They charged me €1.40 for two old bananas. In the non-meany world they usually sell off the older bananas at a reduced price. The owner gets my vote as meany of the week."
"I am a good local Centra customer. I went with my son to get lunch from this store and a cold drink Cobh (Murphys) on the waterfront. When I opened my Pepsi and tasted it it was flat. I turned around and went back into the store to ask for a replacement. Only to be told by the manager that he will not replace it. I was quite shocked and could not believe what I was hearing. I actually thought he was joking. When I realized he was not I was quite upset that a store manager would be so short-sighted and treat their customer like this. Over something so insignificant like a small bottle of Pepsi. It's shocking and he has single-handedly lost a customer that shops daily."
"Good size convenience store that's a chain found all over Ireland with 400+ stores. This one walking distance from Cobh dock. Fair prices, good selections."
