"The staff in the Waterford shop is so bad. They make little groups and have the chats about their personal lives, when you approach them in the shoes section to ask for a size they all look at you like you are disturbing them... they are rude and have absolutly no customer service skills. Its a pity because I love the stuff they sell but you need to hire managers that know how to train and handle their staff."
