The Twelve Hotel Galway

"Amazing dog friendly hotel close to Galway! You need to phone to book a dog friendly room and it was a little more expensive than a normal room. The room was comfy, large and lots of space to relax. The bathroom was big, clean and well stocked with toiletries. The car park is a bit of a nightmare though, too small for the amount of visitors and cement poles block spaces. Dogs are allowed in the bar area which was great, they even had a dog menu for dinner! Our breakfast and dinners were all really tasty, I cannot fault the place."

"The Twelve is a great place to stay. I loved the decor, especially in the rooms. The beds are very comfortable with nice linens. Service was awesome; so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good, and they have plenty of dining options onsite. I'll definitely stay again and would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family."

"Had a lovely 2 nights here. Bar was busy and you could not book ahead even as a resident so a long long wait for dinner on the Friday night. Also long wait for cocktails..but.the staff were excellent and apologetic. The WEST restaraunt on Saturday, 7 course tasting menu was excellent. Quality food and wine and very reasonable. Again the staff here were first class. I would definitely go back .if I could book dinner in advance. Superb location to base yourself for exploring Connemara."

"Hi Guys, Great job. Staff friendly and when I asked questions you answered with a genuine good attitude. The kind of people that you'd want to say thank you to. Lovely rooms, clean and cool. Feature like vinyl record players. Eclectic bits and bobs. The place smacks of culture and fun. Location is great. It's really dog friendly and although we didn't bring a dog, I really think that it's a great thing to see. You guys are patient and accommodating. The manager needs to be thankful of all the staff here. They seem to be trying their best to do a good job. Constructive Feedback: Small car spaces are a bit tight even in a tiny car. Left with the pillar. You know what i mean. Give 2 cards on check-in please. Update your website links. Some are broken. Get your broadband sorted in the bar. The bar staff don't need this stressful nonsense of dillyin around with cards and asking for cash. Good job overall (to your staff) but thought these items would be helpful :) The great aspects (your staff and cool, well kept rooms and location) far outweigh any (Tiny but important to fix)negatives and I would be back and will suggest the hotel to friends and family."
