"Had a not so nice experience in store today. My son (5) was with me while browsing in store and swiped a couple of times on a tablet in the store used as a means for customers to view products in store. My husband obviously noticed something and the sales woman laughed by means of explanation and said ‘ I had to give the child my angry eyes when he went at the tablet’. My son left the store upset and downcast. I felt she could have handled this better instead of glaring at my son and upsetting him. Won’t be returning."

"I visited the Linen Chest in Dingle and bought the most wonderful pajamas. The store has so many amazing, enduring products and the people that worked there are most delightful. When I returned to Boston and actually got to wear the pajamas I regretted immediately I did not buy additional sets. I found the The White Room website and was sorry to see the pajamas were not listed. I sent an email and Emma responded promptly to say that they were out of stock, but would re-order and make sure my requests was included. I was not sure I would hear back. A few days past and I received an email that my order was in and to contact them to get my shipping information. Today I spoke to Tracy and am now excited to know that my pajamas will be on there way. What a wonderful company to do business with - the store in Dingle, the website, the folk in customer service and all the products they offer. Whether you are visiting Dingle or shopping the internet - this is a must stop. Thank you everyone at The White Room and The Linen Chest."
