Reviews of Finnegan's Cycles
"Very kind. I was dropped off in Kenmare for an emergency bike repair here on a Saturday. They usually don't have mechanics working on weekends but they very kindly called him in to fix my bike and got it up and running in an hour. I cycled safely back to Killarney to return my bike on the day and found that they were calling their friend's shop where I hired my bike from to check if I got back alright. Thanks so much! Absolutely recommended."
"Have been on two cycling trips to Kerry, renting our bikes from Finnegans each time. Staff are great to deal with (sound and knowledgeable) and the prices are very reasonable. Would recommend to anyone looking to rent a bike."
"I popped into the bike shop looking for a hand to fix my bike. I was really happy to pay for the service. The main shop was closed so I went next door (the sign said to do so). When I got there I was met with the the rudest man I have ever a met. He rolled his eyes at me at every opportunity. I explained to him the issue with my bike and that was met with a sarcastic comment. He couldn't fix my bike (fair enough, he seems to know v little about the mechanics of a bike) and told me I'd have to order parts. I managed to fix it myself a few minutes later anyway.very rude. Doesn't even deserve half a star"
"I reserved two ebikes with Finnegan's Cycles before visiting Kenmare for a couple of days. The service was very efficient & friendly. They suggested some nice routes to take on the Ring of Kerry and the bikes were top notch. Will definitely do it again."
"Excellent experience - I rented a high-end road bike for a cycle up Caha and back via the Healy Pass. Really good bike that was fully equipped with spare tube, pump and tools, two water bottle holders - and climbing bars. They know bikes well - and their mobile is well advertised in case of trouble. From my end, they were friendly and very professional indeed the whole cycle was the highlight of my holiday. My first time to rent a bike for this and would definitely repeat."
