"Terrible customer service. I had the most awful experience when returning a pair of faulty trainers to this store. I am shocked at how I was treated, I had to visit the store twice and argue my point with some very unprofessional staff. It appears to be a culture within the store that if you are returning a faulty product you are questioned and ridiculed. If you are looking for good customer service skills and quick and efficient refund transactions this is not the store to go to."

"I want to recognize Brandon's work, he was so kind and professional yesterday that I was looking for a running shoes, I have been living in Ireland for the last 3 years and Brandon stood up, sometimes coming to this kind of shops could be frustrating for the customer service or employees that just do not have any experience in how treat a customer. for brandon's service I was commited to buy, I choose a confortable pair of runners that was suggested and explained, regardless this he also offer to get the right number from another branch, I was so happy, I will certainty come back.
