"I went to buy a crafting magazine priced at €14,53. When I checked the receipt I was charged €15,45. I went back to tell the cashier (Mary) and she just told me we have yo follow the till price although all the displays says €14.53. She can't give me the price shown. She just took all the magazines and started to remove the prices. Very bad practice and customer service."
"Extremely rude staff, prices on items do not match prices at the till. When brought to there attention told that day is gone? Recommend you try local bookshops and not chains. Avoid at all costs."
"Items in here have an excellent quality but of course some items are dearer than their competitors. Having said that, I had shop here frequently because some items you better buy based on quality, for example the office equipments. You can subscribe to loyalty card if you wish."
