"Rang this premise this morning to check they had Portuguese Laurel, size and price. Man advised they did. Husband drove all the way from Youghal to be told by mike that they didn’t have what we were looking for. A wasted journey and a waste of time. Disgraceful way to run a business. On ringing back the mobile number after numerous attempts, the man (the owner it transpires) denied ever talking to me. He was adamant. Kept refusing that it was him but owned up that no one else answers his mobile. Eventually he regained his memory. Claimed he misheard my question this morning. Absolutely appalling. Dreadful way to treat their customers. A simple apology would have been nice. Avoid avoid avoid"
