"Ordered and paid for a rug on March 17th. Still no sign of it ! This company obviously hold no stock and order from UK supplier when you order and pay. I ordered two chest of drawers from another company the same day and had them in a week. Over a month to get a rug is a ridiculous lead time. Never again."

"Disgraceful customer service, item not available to me when it was meant to be, despite that I had organised a car to collect it and driven from Limerick for it. No phone call, no apology. Asked them if they could deliver it when it arrived and they could not. (this would be a charge of €35) Asked for a refund and they refused to do that and customer care would ring me back. Asked staff member for an apology and she was just a defensive person. Waiting for customer care now. I will wait and see and update my star rating based on this. Updated: Contacted by Customer care and issues have been amended. I am happy to wait for the product, no issue with that, if that was told to me in the first place! The product will be delivered to me FOC, which to be honest, I expect!"
