"Nice pharmacy and lovely staff"

"Visited this pharmacy last Thursday for a passport photo that I required for the World Cup ID pass and the manager who took the photo said to her work colleagues that it was “the blind leading the blind” just before she took the camera to take the passport photo so it seemed she didn’t really know what she was doing. This was evident when she took the photo but did not show me the photograph on the camera so that I could make sure it was acceptable. She sent the photo to my email address and it was then that I saw the picture had been taken almost as a side portrait (you could only see the white background behind my right shoulder and the other shoulder appeared cropped out) and it was absolutely terrible and did not match the quality of what I required for the ID. I asked the Manager if I could see the other photos she took because she told me she was taking more than one and she said that she doesn’t show the pictures to customers because she would be there all day. It’s worth noting that it was 3pm and there was no customers in the pharmacy at the time. She made it sound like I wanted a photoshoot. All I wanted was to ensure the picture met the specifications I required. She printed the photos despite me being unhappy and asked me to pay €10. I declined to pay and she said in a very unprofessional tone that she could take another picture. At this stage I was very unhappy and declined. Yesterday I went to another pharmacy who were much more professional and customer focused and I got to make sure the picture was acceptable before it was printed."

"Definitely enjoy shopping at Lyod s Pharmacy. They have a bit of everything. The prices are reasonable. The staff and management are friendly and helpful. It is wheelchair accessible. There is wheelchair accessible parking nearby. You will need to wear a mask when entering the shop. #accessible #familyfriendly #wheelchairaccessible"
