"Make it your business to get a massage and facial from Cait here at Zen. Visited here last week during a stay at Randles Hotel and Cait has the hands of a surgeon and I felt like I was walking on air after my treatments. Side note: The treatment rooms could do with a slight revamp (ceiling light dangling out from ceiling) but I had my eyes closed for the entire treatment but very distracting if you had to look at it for another treatment. Can’t wait to come back, in particular to Cait just hope I can get an appointment now after this review and she isn’t booked up."

"Staff friendly and my treatment was just wonderfull however the facilities were just not good enough. There was no relaxation suite for after treatments and i was showen to some sun loungers by the pool. In the pool they were having childrens swimming lessons so there was understandably a lot of noise and random people comming in and out. The sauna was alright and the steam room was dirty and delapatated. The changing room was the worst part of my experence though, the adjoining bathrooms smelled awfull which ment the changing rooms smelled too there was mould on the tiles and shower curtains, no hot water and the hair dryer was broken. So to sum it up i would go back, just and only just for a massage, but for a nice relaxing day i would go litterally anywhere else. No offense intended to staff as they all were genuinely so lovely and could not have been more accomodating."
