"Oliver bent over backwards on our 2 day tour to make this trip memorable for our family . He made 2 additional stops to Subway and Primark in Killarney town where he passed our hotel in order for us to get our dinner and some swimwear for the kids. One child was suffering from car sickness and Oliver was super considerate, many times offered to watch over the kid. Oliver had our family’s best interests at heart at all times throughout the whole 2 days, he advised us to ensure we pick our dinner as we are likely to not get anything later in the day before heading back home. Thanks for everything Oliver, you are a great man! Thanks for providing us with your best."
