"TLDR: You check in a box (by mouse click only) next to you name -> a typo "happens" (I repeat: no typing, the mouse click next to my name swapped 2 letters in the final boarding pass) -> pay 115 euros to fix it. Oh, you can contact customer service, but you can't call them. On the online chat I was 216 in queue to talk to representative. 216 !! They should vanish from earth. Details: You must check-in online. Fine. This is done by checking the box next to your name on your account (mouse clicking a "V" in a box). NO TYPING. God knows how, but the name on the boarding pass had 2 letters swapped. THIS IS WITHOUT TYPING ANY CHARACTERS, JUST MOUSE CLICKING ON A CHECK BOX. Now you you have to pay 115 euros to change this "mistake". Utterly unreachable by phone. Queue of 216 - the day before my flight back. The supposed email to fix this glitch has never arrived. I am worried sick 20 hours before my flight because of impossible glitch of swapped letters by Ryanair system, and I am totally helpless in front of the situation with no one to help ! Abusing."
