"Hi , I had my hound here today, she was so matted and I found it impossible to sort it out ... I was worried about this as i dont like placing the joy of my heart in to positions where she could get hurt or she would feel like someone would be hurting her .. brushing a matted dog hurts ... when I picked her up I could not believe it she was free of my neglect and looked so beautiful and to my delight no change of character at all we went for a long walk and for the first time in ages she ran and jumped around so happy to be free of those skin pinching mats.. this person is qualified and knows her stuff ! I will visit again 6 times a year .. money well spend.."
