"I've bought a great many cartridges from this shop over the past few years and yes occasionally I may have had a problem with one or two but the owner has always replaced them with no quibble. Once or twice I've had a problem with my printers and the owner is only too willing to help - at no charge . Hence the 5 stars!"
"I purchased compatible Ink Cartridges from this store in good faith they would work. When I got home and placed them in my HP printer none of them worked. I contacted the store for a refund but was told this was not possible, the only thing they could offer me was if I buy the original HP cartridges some money off them. I have paid €78.80 for ink that is no longer suitable and I will have to throw away in the bin. I have since been to another ink shop who told me that HP had an update (and all ink shops should be aware or make it their business to be aware) and if your printer it set up to receive these updates then the cartridges will not work and new chips will need to be installed to be able to use them. It is a lot of money to waste with no help to resolve the issue. I will not be coming back."
