"We recently left our 2 cats here for the first time. Mel took great care of them. She was very attentive and took notes of their feeding requirements/what they like etc. One of our cats is shy and she was very attentive and accommodating with him. The unit the cats were in was lovely with beds/toys/plenty of water. We also received updates on how our cats were doing during their stay which put our minds at ease. We would definitely board our cats here in future."
