"Very disappointed with this service, my dog which started as a puppy under a year old was injured whilst in the care of Ozzy’s. A deep puncture wound to her neck, I was told by vets that she was “lucky” as it was so deep. This was not the 1st incident but unfortunately for my dog I did not go with my instinct, to remove her sooner. A large vets bill and not even a message to ask if my dog was okay! I now would always check for credentials and make sure that it is only clients dogs attending a daycare"
