"Went there very last minute for dinner. Had heard great reviews from friends and family. And we weren't disappointed. Firstly I have to say the STAFF!!! are absolutely AMAZING. Service of food was promt no long waits between courses. Would recommend Cassidy for couples who want a romantic chilled meal. Or group who want good food, great service and fantastic location within Tralee town. "I heard so many good stories regarding this restaurant I decided to go here with my friends for our evening meal. I was highly disappointed as for three of us we were put into a very small corner with an equally small table The food was disappointing and was such a tiny portion I couldn't belive my eyes, for such a very high price point I would expect a substantial meal and I didn't get that. My alcoholic drink was served in a very hot glass with Ice and I couldn't drink it as it tasted warm. We had no room on the table for glasses etc, it was a let down to be honest and I expected so much more. Staff were nice but it wasn't enough in My opinion"
