"Just had a very ordinary wrap and about 20 chips and a very small container of coleslaw for €13.50. i won't be going back nor will I be recommending to anyone. I consider this to be extortionate pricing."
"Ate here yst with my husband & daughter. I got Lasagne chips and coleslaw. Lasagne was not nice at all. There seemed to be bits of everything in it. Chips were like they came from 2 different batches some were well cooked and crispy other were seconds past being raw. Husband had roast chicken miserable piece of chicken on half a plate of stuffing. Say it was just OK. Daughter had sandwich which was nice. Wouldn't be going running back. Staff were very nice. Food just not to our taste."
"My fry up was lovely and not too bad for €10.50 with a drink but I asked for scrambled egg on toast for a 1year old with apple juice and they charged me €10.50 for 2 slices of toast and a bit.of scrambled egg that had a funny taste of it she wouldn't eat it! Crazy prices for a child.."
"The most abysmal place I have ever eaten. Was drawn in by the sign outside saying they offer vegetarian food, but when I went inside they did not. Ended up having to order a soup and soda bread for 6 euro, and they tell me they're out of soda bread. Fine, it happens. But I was still charged the same price for getting soup with some thin sliced bread. We sit down and wait for 10-15 minutes and the food for my parents arrives. It was a burger and chips, and sausages, egg, rashers and chips. This cooked food came out yet my bowl of soup did not come until five minutes later. Two slices of white bread were ordered with the sausages, egg and rashers, and it cost 3 euro for two thin slices of plain bread. Bear in mind we had already paid for this. The cooked food come out without any of the white bread. Five minutes later they bring me my soup and slices of brown bread, and we ask about the white bread we also ordered. There seemed to be some confusion and the waitress said she did not know we ordered white bread and kept trying to convince us we didn't yet we did, and it said so on our receipt. So we eventually got the ridiculously expensive sliced white bread and started eating. The egg was ice cold in my father's meal, and the brown sliced bread I got was half stale. I had to cut off pieces of the bread that were stale (picture attached). We also realised that butter came with my bread but not the white bread, and we had to share the butter as we were fed up at this point and didn't want to interact with the workers anymore. I am aware that those people just work there, and that the running of the restaurant is where the fault lies, but did not want my frustration to be directed at the workers so we ate and then left. We spent 40 euro on a burger and chips, sausages, rashers and a cold egg, and soup with stale bread. The prices were outrageous and the food was borderline inedible. I didn't finish my soup either as it was lukewarm and lumpy. False advertising on their signs, lots of miscommunication, stale, cold or lumpy food and poor service made this the worst dining experience I have ever had."
"Solid family restaurant. Decent prices considering it's in rip-off Ireland, and decent food. The cook delivers the basic, don't expect fancy flavors in your food. If you are looking for hipster food or fancy gastronomic dishes, you're in the wrong place."
