"One of the best Dino's in Cork,"
"This place used to be so much better. Very disappointing customer service. The girl, in the middle of my order, while I hadn't finished telling her what I wanted, just turned around and walked away, I saw her behind just casually taking out chicken of the fryer, completely ignoring me and never returning to finish my order. Such a rude girl! Than guy came and he asked the next person in line, what they wanted to order, I was like, excuse me, can I finish my order. Does that sound like good customer service... Also I ordered fries topped with cheese, they charged me 1.80 for that, when I arrived home, the only cheese I could find was small bit stuck to the paper my fries were wrapped in, what a complete joke! I used to like this place but clearly staff there now is completely disorganized and ignorant."
"Asked for chips & potatoe pie at 9.40pm on a sat night to be told that they don't have any chips ???..a famous chipper wit no chips ??..my 1st time going there but will definitely be my last.."
"Traveled 40 min to collect an order. Realised when we got home that part of the order was left out. The large chips, cheese & garlic was a disgrace, barely a tablespoon of garlic sauce and the chips were dry."
