"Absolutely apalling customer service ordered 6 nuggets with bbq sauce at drive through when i got to the second window they had 6 bbq sauces for me . Alena the manager wanted to take my card to pay the balance at other window i refused as i did not want my card out of my sight . Then she asked me to come in to pay i had been waiting 20 minutes at drive through already i just said take my card so then she refused to take card said she couldn't .I had no apology for their mistake all i had was abuse from Alena whilst 4 staff members stood behind her giggling .This is unacceptable never experienced such poor customer service .I will be taking it further as i refuse to be treated like this by anyone. We would always go to this drive through and it has always been a pleasure. So disappointed with how i was treated. Alena handled this so poorly it was an awful experience ."
