"These guys are just so tricky to deal with. I called them out on price gouging a few years back. They tried to charge me a second time for the follow up primary vaccinations for my cat so I left for another lovely vet in Roscrea. Secondly - My cat was a colony cat and they failed to notice when they neutered her that she had just had kittens, lucky I let her outside because she seemed so distraught when I got her home- ignoring their advice to keep her inside for a few days. I followed her and she went straight to her kittens desperate to feed them. It was so upsetting. I just felt so terribly guilty - even to this day. The tiny kits would have died had I not let her outside. They are currently withholding her medical history so I can’t get a pre approval from her insurer for a treatment for her ears. These guys are super toxic so be aware. I’m asking you publicly can you please release Fiadhs medical history to me so we can get the treatment she so desperately needs. You have my details. Just because someone holds you to account for maltreatment and practice does not give you the right to hold documents which prevents Fiadh accessing health care. Every day you hold her information is delaying her treatment."
"Very bad service, attended there 2 weeks ago with my cat, they diagnosed an ear infection and cleaned her ears under sedation. She has been really unwell since and had a return visit with them. They gave her more meds without rechecking her ears, to no affect. Went to a different vets who discovered her eardrum is burst, likely due to cleaning, no apology from these negligent vets, who left my cat suffering. Phoned to inform them, receptionist very apologetic, but no phone call from any of the vets. Do not recommend and avoid"
