"Lady in her 50's, short hair, an absolute disgrace. She was rude to the staff and equally rude to us. This is about the 3rd time ive experienced her ignorance. How she keeps getting away with this is beyond me. If she is unhappy as she clearly looks. GET OUT . Won't be going back and will NOT be recommending it, due to her!!"
"If I could give it a zero star rating I would … absoultly horrible staff with no interest in their jobs at all … bad management would be my guess … 3 staff members ignored me standing at the till and continues standing there talking to each other while 4 other people and myself were standing there like a bunch of spear tools … when I finally did get my order taken the woman was extremely rude and half way threw my order walked off to help another customer absoultly horrible shop never stepping foot back there again .."

"I Was ordering a mega meat and told KATE I was allergic to the sauce on meatballs and wanted chicken instead. I told her I knew it was more expensive and that wasn't a problem. I had to convince her to put the chicken in the sandwich. She was rude and clearly aggravated. Poor service from her. Won't be returning."
