"Brutal hot towel shave. Not sure how long this place has been going but went there for a shave, face and head and I had to shave it myself when I got home, missed spots all over the place because it was feeling like next day stubble. Taking the old towel out of the microwave was very weird for me. I would not recommend because the final insult was the €30 charge, brutal all around. They need a 0 ⭐️ rating."
