"Been eating here for over 8 years but over the last few months, I've completely gone off the place. The food and experience is just never right these days; undercooked, overcooked, late, cold or just lacking flavour. The prices here have gone absolutely eye watering as well. Just doesn't make sense to eat here any longer as much as I've tried lately."

"Here lads ye need to learn economy of scale. Raising prices to the point where you lose X amount of customers means the higher prices your charging to offset your Increasing business expenses is actually going to cost you more money in the long term."

"Go to takeaway since I was a child but now it’s completely gone to the dogs. Prices are insane and the food is awful. Ordered a pizza, all fell apart and the grease was seeping through the box."

"Staff got very cheeky with post on social media regarding littering of there products. I suggested online that they should print mobiles and names on boxes and they got very defensive and couldn’t handle the idea as it wasn’t their own."

"Where do I start ? I am not a person to complain usually I just get on with it but I felt like I had to say it. I have been a loyal customer of donatellos for years. I ordered a pizza and chip. The pizza was covered in grease, fell apart and the cheese looked stale. The chips were not cooked enough they were more like ice straight out of the freezer. I also found a small piece of wood on the pizza which I thought was a hair, Thank god I acted fast as my son who was eating the pizza could of choked !!!. I rang donatellos and asked to speak with the manager the girl on the phone told me she was the supervisor but I insisted to speak with the manager. She was friendly no doubt all the staff are pleasant to deal with. I am extremely disappointed as donatellos is our go to pizza place for Friday nights. Unfortunately I wont be back guys :((("
