"Ordered a delivery waited an hour only to ring them and be told it’ll be another 15 minutes at least. You could at least warn people that the delivery will be over an hour. When I rang there was no apology and it was a matter of like it or lump it. Addition to review: Lyons to be fair were good on their word and contacted me to apologise about what happened. Any compensation which I wasn’t looking for was turned down and Lyons are free to donate it to a local charity."

"I honestly do not understand why they don't just have one person taking the orders like every other chip shop in the world. Instead they seem to think it's a better idea that whoever takes your order then goes and gets it and eventually someone else rocks up to the till for the next customer. The chips are fine but not great. Their chicken however is surprisingly very good as long as it's fresh, it's a bit of a gamble if you get delivery at busy times. The service can be slow due to their weird ordering system but I wouldn't have any complaints about the staff themselves."
