I was invited to sit whilst they prepared my prescription. There were 3 available chairs, a welcome offering after a day of standing. All the attendants were engaging, professional and friendly. "When I went into the pharmacy I was served by an, very unfriendly and unwelcome, woman who did not greeted me. I asked her for burning gel and it seemed like I was not valued as a costumer as I could see her facial expressions weren't very happy - I felt uncomfortable being served by this woman. When I would ask her a question she would just answer with one word and very unfriendly. When it was time to pay she just told me how much I had to pay. I had to get her to repeat how much I had to pay as I did not understood her and she answered very rude to me again. I than gave her the money and I just got my change without te receipt - for this I had to ask first before I received it in a very rude manner. Before I left I wished her anyway a good evening but I received just ignorance. I never was served by such a rude and unfriendly person. There was no Please or Thank you! - this is the minimum of showing a costumer respect. Dear lady with the dark hair who served me today (25/06/2018 6:08PM) - you have given me the feeling I was not worthy of your time or your service. It is your job to help people and it is your duty to show respect. I greeted you with a friendly hello - I said thank you even when I felt that you're disrespecting me with your bad attitude. When I ask you for receipt, than please hand it over without an angry facial expression. If I say good bye and wish you anyway a great evening - please don't turn your back on me and go away! I don't know you and I did nothing to you - please don't let your anger out on me. It is not my fault that you had a bad day!"
