"I ordered from the online service for this pharmacy group. When delivery was received there was an item missing. I immediately emailed with details and it took six days to respond which was a bank holiday so that is relevant but they did not say anything other than to email a copy of packing slip which I had already and did NOT address the issue. I tried ringing not that a clear number is given for web orders but there was just a leave a message service. This is the head office pharmacy so I assume responsible for web orders (this seems to be a hidden part for no contact). Anyway I would advise don’t online order they have absolutely no customer service to deal with their mistakes."
