"TIME WASTERS AND GOBSHITES Absolutely terrible experience with Pro Plan. They seem to work 1 to 2 days a week. They arranged a viewing for us and about 4 other possible tenants at the same time, pitting all possible tenants against each other. They explained nothing about the property we viewed. Had all of the tenants walking around the house at the same time. They then handed us an application form and told us to fill it out along with accompanying documents. And then they didn't even have the decency to tell us that they chose another tenant and that the property was no longer available. Not so much as an email to let us know. Don't waste your time or your money with Pro Plan."
"We heard about this agency they give good service. So we come to them , door was locked, we call them on door, and women's voice asked what we want. I told I want to rent house or apartment but she told you we work only on Daft.Ie. visit website! She didn't open door, didn't ask and tells details. Terrible. We were so sad. I think they are afraid something."

"Tried contacting Rory about a house and I was polite just asking questions and about my issues and he got aggressive at me and for a company that's supposed to be professional his attitude towards me was awful and he used foul language towards me that no other company would for this I highly recommend people to stay away as all you'll get is lies, foul language spoken to you! If your looking for a better company and a positive phone call steer clear of this company!"
