"Well located. Well presented. Unfortunately the refurb of an old building did nothing to address creaking floors which when new laminate flooring was put on top it just served to amplify the noise. Any movement upstairs in the other apartment at any time of the day or more importantly night, is very loud and problematic. Then when a party in one of the other apartments upstairs went on into the early hours of the morning it was just chronic. This is a private group of apartments with no 'night porter' on premises which would be ok if there was an after hours contact number to reach out to or security company to call. But there wasn't!! Extremely poor service given that they have a responsibility to ensure we have an enjoyable stay in their property. They rebuffed our complaint the next day when they eventually did call us (given that we were trying to reach them during the early hours). They are other better run properties in the area. I'd suggest this one is worth avoiding"
