"Went in to the pharmacy today to collect a prescription I had ordered from the online service eclinic. I had already paid a sum of money online the previous day and presumed that was the full payment but when the girl gave me my prescription she said it cost more money to get from the pharmacy. I said okay but that usually I don’t have to pay anything else in the pharmacy upon collection so just asked why this was the case this time as I just wanted to understand why the extra cost. She turned her head to another woman (whom I presume was her superior) and the was she spoke to me was SHOCKING! She was extremely aggressive and continued to make a scene even tho I said I have no issues paying I just wanted to understand why I had to pay this time around. I asked her to calm down multiple times and asked why she was so aggressive with me as I had no issue paying. I was ABSOLUTELY MORTIFIED as there was a few other people in the pharmacy at the same time. She went to serve another customer and even spoke over that customer to get another word in at me! Absolutely shocking behaviour at her age. If you are in the pharmacy try to avoid the older lady with glasses as she more than likely will try and cause an argument with you like she did with me. A let down to mulcahys pharmacy!"
