"I was just berated annihilated patronized and shouted at by the owner for a mistake that was down to the pharmacist. Over a period of 5 months he has made several mistakes I had called him on those mistakes and on one occasion that I made a bad judgement I was totally and utterly berated mortified however they didn't take into consideration the amount of mistakes that they have made. If you want to speak with someone about a personal issue you certainly do not holler down at them for all and sundry to see in front of their staff and other customers. The pharmacist in question has had an issue with me since day one he has actually called my GP to question my GPS decisions but I let it go and today the owner's wife decided to verbally attack me in the most atrocious way. Just for the record Paul I would rather a thief than a liar. You misconstrued and embellished on our conversation and my only regret is that I did not record the conversation we had on the phone. Hell will freeze over before I even pass by Mulcahys pharmacy. In this day and age even a modicum of etiquette and good manners would be in place unfortunately Denise Mulcahy lacks in both. Not only condescending but patronising sycophantic and definitely used defamatory remarks towards me. This is totally unacceptable and I will be taking further action I just cannot accept that people can bully like that in this day and age I thought we were past that behaviour obviously not!!!"
