"Awful Experience! If I could give 0 stars I would. I used to come here for a long time and last time I made an appointment it was a complete disaster! I made an appointment in person and the day of my appointment I go in and I'm told that it was cancelled online. She asks for my email but I let her know that I do not have an email signed up with them and I make all my appointments in person. She said there are 3 files open under my name and somehow someone accidentally deleted my appointment. They did not take responsibility at all! They need to train the front desk on how to use their system. When Mary comes out who I had an appointment with says she'll take me in quick and did a terrible job on my eyebrows. I had to fix it at home myself because it was so bad. I told them I was feeling awkward now about this and not one of them apologized, just made me feel like a box on a conveyer belt. The lack of customer service and responsibility is degrading and I will never go back. Plenty of other beauty salons around. This is very likely to happen to somebody so be careful with this salon!"
