"I.was shocked and disappointed today. I order a vegan flat bread with wild mushrooms extra. I couldn't eat it. We were wait half an hr for the food also. There were two other with me,and we d8dnt finish or food. Very disappointed"

"Started bad finished horribly.....been coming to this location for years, under this ownership and lots before..guess I'll wait for the next owners before i/ we darken the doors.. all for the price of a bag of prawn crackers.. yes really a company is willing to lose trade because of an ego issue. First off they kept hanging up the phone which is annoying enough but when order taken finally my daughter went to collect as it was about 24euros she spent another 4 euros to get the "free" bag of crackers which is needed to qualify for said item. Total cost 28euro but when paying total amount she was told that 2 separate orders had been placed so no chance... Funny that, took 28 in one payment but insisted that 2 orders had taken place. Wife went in to meet the same shrug of the shoulders and were willing to lose future custom, either ego or stupidity took over. If this is how they treat regulars then I'm off back to the Wok Inn. Utterly disgusting attitude in an era where takeaways are a treat not a cheap alternative to cooking. As it was the main lady and not a casual worker who treated people this shabbily I'm amazed this happened. STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT TO BE APPRECIATED....the cheek of it."
