"Looking for a special place to stay ? Maybe you have cycled the Waterford Greenway and you are ready for a treat ? THIS IS IT! Stay in a working stud farm, beautifully restored, luxury & style at its best with an amazing host who will look after you with a breakfast for a king . I stayed in the largest bedroom, inclusive of a bath that you can actually fully lie in, and also a walk in shower! A short drive from Dungarvan, you can cycle it or arrange pick up. I'll be back !!"

"Fabulous B&B. So relaxing and quiet. Rooms were stunning, shower was amazing, breakfast was scrumptious. Choice of the tastiest homemade granola and rhubarb, full Irish breakfast, salmon and scrambled eggs... watching the horses and foals in the field just outside our bedroom window (complete with balcony) was sublime. Not to mention the delicious scones we got served the day we arrived... Can't recommend highly enough..."

"Coolcormack Stud B&B is one of loveliest places I've ever stayed (and I've traveled a lot across Ireland and around the world). John Joe and Margo are wonderful hosts who make their guests feel looked after in the nicest possible way. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the balance between feeling very safe and welcome, but not smothered. The food is fabulous (the best scones I've ever eaten!), and the location is perfect for exploring Ireland's southeast coast. Thanks to John Joe for pointing out some great places to visit!
