"We stayed while down for a gaa match. We got a cheap deal with the basic room. It was abit rough around the edges but perfect for what we needed. I'm sure the more deluxe rooms are much newer and nicer. Couldn't fault the staff they where 10/10 and nice carvery everyday. Even on a normal Monday it was busy with both guests and locals. Would definitely stay again for a match. About 30 min walk to stadium but all footbpath into town centre and over to the stadium.."

"Here with hubby and son.rooms are big and spacious. Beds are very comfortable. Missing a few little touches, like bottle opener,fridge in room,extra pillows,toilet handle needs fixing. Food in bar is very good and good size portions.service a bit slow. Had to ask for cocktail menu,pool and leisure centre again is lovely to use.dressing rooms a bit small,and it closed quite early 6pm.we actually had to get out before this time so staff could close up.after saying all this j would come back and stay again and recommend hotel."
"The Bistro food is amazing. Lovely friendly atmosphere. My favorite place to eat in Thurles. 5 stars for their homemade potato chips alone. Spacious tables & seating. And the Staff are friendly, helpful and very efficient."
"Enjoyable stay. Food is very nice. We've had both lunch and dinner and everything was delicious. This hotel is blessed with fantastic staff. Two outstanding ones that we had pleasure to deal with are Patrick Shelly in the restaurant and Kathryn Fitzgibbon at the reception desk. We've had some small issues during our stay and the two mentioned above dealt with it very efficiently. We will definitely stay there again."
