"It's great to see this type of business in Waterford and the products they stock in Ardkeen are good. Sadly 3 stars because they use cheap plastic containers that cannot be recycled making the environment very sad. Please improve this team."

"Yesterday I had the worst experience of my life. I was never so humiliated in all my life ! My daughter organised a small party which had to be a special day and ordered a big 160 pieces sushi platter over the phone, she got a message confirmation straight away with the order number and the price of 85€. My husband and I only had to pick it up at 3pm. We drove 12 km away from Waterford and arrived 5 minutes earlier, the fidgety little man told me to wait, we waited...after waiting a good while and no one paid any attention to us we decided to remind them that we are still waiting. After checking something the woman came out and said that they had no order for us and in general, with the pandemic and that, we should of checked their Facebook page first and that they are very busy and so on .. It is clear that we were shocked and puzzled, we tried to be nice and calm to sort out the problem, so I called our daughter to make sure she did place the order. We had a confirmation message with order number to indicate that the order was placed indeed. After all that, what I heard made me so angry, the woman said - Okay, yeah this is our mistake, but we haven’t taken the money yet, did we, so what are you suggesting we should do now, ehh??? !!! We tried to prove that it is not we who should suggest something but you as a business owner have to correct your own mistake, to what she said - I can’t offer anything, there is no product left ... I could not believe it, not an apology, nor any human emotions or empathy for ruined day. Her stone face did not flick, I could only read: what else do you want from me, Hurry and leave me alone ?! The red-haired man sees that tension is rising so he pulled the woman inside and quickly closed the door in front of our noses. What a service ... But the most important thing is that these people are our compatriots - Ukrainians. And for this I am so painfully ashamed ..."
