"Absolutely disgraceful food and also the rudest staff to deal with. Ordered food asked for specifically no veg option and they added veg to the meal. I called tried to organise a meal with no veg offered to pay for delivery(bizarre) they agreed and then called back and said they wouldn’t facilitate the mistake they made, very disappointing and I wouldn’t ever go back or recommend it either which is a shame considering I would support all local business. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and customer care."
"ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. DO NOT GO HERE. ordered a Thai green curry and specifically asked for no veg. The woman took a phone call to take another order during my order. When we got home we saw there was veg in the curry. Rang them and asked them for a new one with no veg to get delivered. Was going to pay for delivery and all(disgraceful seeing as it was their mistake). Then got a phone call back and they retracted the replacement and hung up abruptly before I could get a word in. When I rang them back I asked if the food was on the way and she said no they will not give a replacement. And refused to refund us although it was their mistake, Which she admitted, not paying attention to what I asked for, after she tried to convince me that I never asked for “no veg”. The food we got was bland, unseasoned and stone cold. Such a disappointment as we came here expecting the same service as previous times. We Will not be returning and neither will our friends and family. Don’t go here to avoid disappointment."
