"When you book you pay ahead of time in full. I had myself booked for eyebrow threading to go on my lunch break however, due to unforeseen circumstances with work, I was no longer able to make the booking anymore and had asked if it was possible if I could reschedule as there was no way I could have predicted that I would have to cover for someone. As a result they basically told me tough, kept my money and were not understanding about the circumstances at all. I understand if they had to keep some of the money for the booking if they couldn't reschedule, but all of the payment??? There's nowhere else that does this. Given how tight money is lately with the cost of living, I was looking forward to this. It's the only treat I afford myself and could afford myself over this Christmas period. I understand the cancellation policy, but given my circumstances I was hoping that they would show some understanding. As someone who works in customer service, I know I would have and practicing it is something that, wherever I have worked, was required as part of the job when dealing with returning customers for customer retention. As a result of them just taking my money, I won't be coming back here again. The experience has left a really bad taste in my mouth and I won't be recommending this place to anyone based on this customer service experience. I am very disappointed. It's a shame as the place is lovely and I was a returning customer here, but I won't be returning ever again. I'll be going elsewhere. They're more than happy to take your money."
