"Staff is beyond friendly and lovely but don’t go there if you have curly hair. I went there for a service of colour + cut, and I was advised to have a curly blowdry (as my natural hair is curly). Without mentioning the fact that the total service took 2 hours and a half because the stylist was chatting with everyone, the result was awful. She put a lot of something looking like gel, and left me on the hair dryer for 20 minutes. My hair was all wet and sticky of the product and I was told to ‘keep scrunching it while going home’. The day after my hair was all a mess, dry and frizzy, full of dry gel and feeling heavy and hard. I basically paid 88€ to wash my hair the day after. Definitely not coming back again."
