"Shop was very clean,well stocked,prices were well visible all great during shopping. BUT, upon paying at checkout we overheard(perhaps the whole shop did too) one of the staff shouting mean things,about not having enough staff hours etc. Right in front of customers!!! Then he was complaining about Manager. He had a strong European accent,at this took place around 18.26. I can understand his frustration, but this wasn't the right time or right place to Express it. We were there with little girl she got a frightened..."
