Tried to complain to Waterfront management and was accused of trying to get money out of my bad experience and was told that “the door is there” if I wasn’t happy. "We only stayed for one night as part of a road trip but wished we had stayed longer. Baltimore is lovely and the Waterfront hotel is in a prime position. We had a really nice room with a fantastic sea view and the staff were really charming. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel had all of the ingredients that a successful boutique hotel should have, in spades. I would definitely return."

"Beautiful hotel, big clean rooms which were really comfortable with great views out over the water. Bathroom were also top class with separate bath and large walk in shower with lots of products. Breakfast was served in a gorgeous room looking out over the harbour. It was really good with lots of choice. We really enjoyed our weekend break and will definitely be back again."
