"Just returned from a fabulous holiday in Sneem , County Kerry . Miranda was very welcoming , helpful and friendly . The room was very clean and comfortable . We stayed for four nights and found plenty to do in this wonderful place . We are hoping to return early next year and will be staying at Miranda's !"
"House and property were nice with beautiful view out the back. We were hiking the Kerry Way and to get to property requires a stretch of walking on the fairly busy N70 so not optimal for hikers, unless you take a taxi from Sneem as we chose to do. Rooms were clean and nicely set up, unfortunately they only offered twin beds so more a dorm type situation, my wife and I were hoping for a double. No breakfast is provided so again for hikers more challenging as this means packing in food. My wife requires a small service dog and the host was not at all welcoming of this, we were met with a fairly hostile reception."
"Very clean and makes you feel at home. Wonderful park and wonderful Kerry nature and history at a short distance. Miranda and family really nice and helpful. She told us beautiful stories about her animals and plenty of advice about where to go and what to do"
"I made a last minute booking at this beautiful BnB. I's always hard to tell how you be received especially during these challenging times but the Ban an Tí (proprietor) was so bubbly and full of chats and advice about the local area. Miranda was approachable, friendly and helpful. The house was clean and tidy. My room was perfect and the bed was so soft. Power shower was spot on (especially after a 5 hour cycle to Kenmare). She accommodated me at every opportunity and felt like I was at home but more like my cultural home. Hard to put into words but suffice to say I was very happy with the experience. I will definitely be back and next time I'll bring the family. One happy customer, Lloyd"
"The first time we stayed in An Glaisin, we were looking for a B&B close to Sneem due to our hiking plans not far from that town. The hostess was very nice and friendly. She was very quick to respond to my queries and the communication was clear. Once we arrived, we received a very warm welcome. We were provided with some information on the area - exactly what we needed. The room was tidy, well-aired and it was exactly what we needed when traveling with a toddler. We were a bit late with booking, so the double room had already been gone and we got a twin room instead. We were intending to push the beds together but we found it was already done for us. The breakfast was delicious and filling. We loved the place so much that we decided to stay an extra night an explore the area more. A bonus were the lovely pets - dogs and horses. We returned to An Glaisin this year and felt like coming back to a good friend."
